The Crown Is Yours
Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decisions across the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical candidate to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate product performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding product and user behavior.
What you’ll do as an Analyst, Casino Analytics
- Evaluate complex data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of product changes.
- Generate clear and concise reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate product performance metrics.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and product goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose strategies for continuous product improvement.
- Improve and standardize documentation, data, and reporting.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of business analytics or data analytics experience, preferably at a gaming company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
- Experience in SQL required. Experience with Python and Tableau preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in experimental design, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,800.00 - $115,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
