What You’d Do
- Enthusiastically and professionally represent and advocate for Martin Williams and BBDO MW working on the 2nd largest book of business in Omnicom (the parent company of BBDO MW).
- Provide day to day project, client and business oversight working closely with the MW team, our clients, and our agency partners that make up the IAT.
- Evaluate work whether it be strategic documents, creative output, campaign ideas, etc.
- Have an educated opinion on the work, our client’s business and the category we work in.
- Internalize the business strategy, goals and KPIs enough to contribute meaningfully to them.
- Apply entrepreneurial thinking to recognize and seize business opportunities.
- Ensure outstanding client service to our clients and IAT partners in particular.
- Partner with the team on overall quality and presentation of agency work.
- Help the GAD and Sr. Project Manager handle account profitability with an understanding of account reviews, forecasting, P+L.
- Support the SVP and IAT lead as appropriate.

What You’ve Done
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven ability to manage Integrated marketing projects with high levels of client involvement, multi-tasking, multiple work streams, budget management and tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of agency experience required, preferably at an integrated agency or Branding/Creative agency.
- IAT experience a plus.
- Successfully handled high pressure, high stress situations with a smile.
