This position is a key finance business partner to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization, a centralized team managing over $11B of spend. The key focus is on building strong business partnerships to identify opportunities and diagnose problem areas to unlock business value for Aptiv, driving financial performance by utilizing analytics to enable data-driven decision making. KPI development and analysis, data visualization, performance metrics reporting, process redesign, and automation will be key levers to drive SCM financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize data inputs and generate actionable insights to influence and drive outcomes that strengthen SCM financial performance
- Partner with SCM business stakeholders to devise solutions to drive efficiencies and maximize financial performance
- Manage solution implementation including requirements, feedback, prioritization, deadlines and delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to executive / senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of work experience in finance, with exposure to SCM / Operational finance
- Experience in business partnership and influencing cross-functionally, with exposure to working with executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented focus to ensure accuracy
- Must be passionate about getting to the root cause of issues - not simply reporting variances but driving to the "why's"
- Continuous improvement mindset; not afraid to challenge existing or conventional thinking / analyses
- Operates with integrity, humility, and transparency
- Organized, structured thinker with ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills; ability to draw conclusions and communicate/present them confidently and effectively to leadership
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ambition with underlying leadership capabilities
- Strong Excel acumen (Alteryx/Tableau experience is a plus)
- Requires local and willing to work on site in downtown Boston daily, or willing to relocate to do so
