We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Ecommerce business. This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and sit within the Direct-to-Consumer department.
You will be responsible for driving growth marketing campaigns that deliver REEF.com revenue and profitability. You will collaborate with the Director, Digital Marketing to craft and execute a full funnel strategy across all digital channels/platforms. You should have a proven track record of achieving revenue, conversion, and ROAS goals by optimizing cross-channel experiences.
This position will be able to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders (buying, site, brand, creative, analytics, and agency partners) to shape and drive REEF’s performance marketing program.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes performance marketing analytics and strategy, has a creative eye, and is always up-to-date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends.
This is a full-time, exempt position. The position will be required to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days in-office and the remaining workdays remotely.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborates with Digital Marketing Director in developing and optimizing the full funnel paid media strategies to deliver business goals.
- Oversees day to day management of all REEF.com paid digital campaigns across channels such as Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc. and acts as the day-to-day driver of media strategy execution.
- Align on efficiency targets with Digital Marketing Director; test and refine campaigns to deliver these targets.
- Manages daily, weekly and monthly revenue and spend tracking, pacing and forecasting processes; relentlessly forecasts & reoptimizes to a budget to guide the partners to success.
- Manages and influences the relationships with our paid marketing agency and other integrated partners to best support the program and hold accountable to performance goals.
- Writes robust creative briefs for channels as needed, strengthening direction to diversify and iterate creative to achieve business goals.
- Manage ongoing optimization of KPI's by designing comprehensive, measurable A/B testing methods in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Track campaign, channel and data metrics to inform planning; clearly communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommend new opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of various best practices, tools and metrics to stay ahead of industry trends.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of performance marketing experience at a high-growth DTC / ecommerce brand.
- Experience setting goals, managing a budget, and delivering against monthly spend ROAS, CAC, LTV targets.
- Master at digital marketing performance KPIs - can understand relationships or non-relationships between KPIs & the levers that affect every component.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional partners including creatives, data analysts, and outside agencies.
- Can forecast and back into any needed marketing KPI to develop KPI goals to track, measure, and optimize against.
- Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial, highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Gravitates towards speed and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and do the work.
- Familiar with marketing tech with expertise in QA & data tracking as it relates to paid performance marketing.
- Understands product feed data and usages into dynamic marketing.
- Expertise in marketing attribution and understanding different forms of media measurement.
- Strong understanding of different marketing ecosystems and how they work with each other.
- Strong reporting skills, ability to digest different types of information for different audiences.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $110K-125K.
- The final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and impacted area, and may vary from the amount above. This range also does not represent additional compensation benefits.
