Brooks Law, P.C., a Boston-based personal injury and immigration firm, is expanding into the Miami, FL market. We are looking for a FL partner to join our rapidly expanding law firm. Must speak Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese and be fully bilingual. Must be willing to travel to the Boston location periodically. Some experience with immigration and/or a willingness to learn immigration is required. We will train the right candidate. Compensation will be a combination of base salary and profit share.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform consultations with new prospective clients.
- Speak with current clients on the phone to update them about case status.
- Work with paralegals to complete paperwork filings.
- Attend court appearances.
- Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on different types of cases.
Primary practice area will be immigration with potential to do some personal injury work as well.
We are a group of 5 attorneys with diverse backgrounds, multilingual, looking to enter the Miami market. We have made a significant commitment to marketing in Miami (including print, social media, billboards, radio, TV) and have secured an office address in Miami; now we just need our Miami partner!
