We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Windows Devices to join our Microsoft Team.

The mission of the Windows 11 Devices team within the Windows Marketing Group is to set the business priorities, plan investments, ensure we have the right devices with the right features, at the right price, and provide ecosystem support to grow revenue, gain share, and create new growth opportunities.
The role
In this role you will generate significant impact and Return on Investment (ROI) from our top 20 Retail Partners worldwide and extend scale motions for the next tier of partners. You will deliver the right content at the right time to our local teams and partners to enable impactful co-marketing plans that foster greater impact and Return on Investment (ROI) on our investments. You will partner closely with our retail partner teams to ensure alignment across the organization as well as provide guidance to our Go-To-Market (GTM) team on what devices to expect and where to place investments.
A robust interest in the Windows device business is necessary and you should be ready to objectively evaluate a wide portfolio of products with a data-informed approach. The ideal candidate will be able to respectfully support, or challenge established preconceptions with thoughtfully researched proposals to mobilize teams toward our strategic goals for Windows devices. You will be responsible for fostering connections as well as the meticulous planning, efficient organization, flawless execution, and timely activation of projects.
Windows is a big business but is run by a small and agile team that enables thousands of Microsoft and partner teams to do amazing work. Responsibilities
- Operate a programmatic approach aimed at increasing impact and operational efficiency for thousands of marketers across the globe.
- Develop strategies to help customer sales organization (CSO) maximize the impact and Return on Investment (ROI) from the top 20 Retail Partners.
- Deliver timely and relevant content to local teams and partners, enabling the creation of effective co-marketing plans that yield greater impact and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with retail partner teams to ensure alignment across the organization and provide guidance to the Go-To-Market team on which devices to expect and where to allocate investments.
- Mobilize teams toward strategic goals for Windows devices.
- Take responsibility for project management, including building connections, meticulous planning, efficient organization, flawless execution, and timely activation of projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal business groups, and external ecosystem partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Partner with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) teams, Channel Sales, Field, Deals and Finance teams to ensure effective allocation of Windows investments towards the right devices.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
5+ years developing consumer marketing strategy plans.Experience developing and implementing programs and marketing initiatives with large retailers.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years professional experience in Project Management, Go-To-Market strategy, Retail Buying, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to quickly move from opportunity & concept, to well documented, aligned & integrated business & marketing plan.
- Demonstrated track record of thinking out of the box and successfully applying technology towards solving a product want or need.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Experience working in PC space; Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Silicon a plus.
- Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas articulately, in an executive setting.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
