Lead Software Engineer (Senior & Self-Guided/ Management Track)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote), Chicago - Loop
Salary: Base Salary 150k - 200k + 50% bonus
Brief Overview Of The Position
- Develop data pipelines and integrations to CRIMS
- Provide support to the backend using Pandas
- Architecture, Design & Development
- Collaborate with traders, quantitative portfolio managers & analysts
Skills & Experience
- CRIMS (OMS, EMS)
- Understanding of Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Trading Systems or similar
- Python
- C#, Java, OO
- Azure
- BS in computer science or related
- 10 years of experience developing software
- Ability to clearly articulate the approach, process, and results in a front-facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Responsibility, integrity, and a passion for your work
- Must be willing to interact with others, share ideas, and work collectively
