This data-driven patient recruitment and retention company needs an experienced Product Manager, User Experience to help move them into a new era of being a tech-first company. You’ll be helping create products for a global company doing genuine good for the world by uniting patients with research studies that enable life-saving drugs to come to market faster.
In this role, you will establish best practices for their entire product organization, flex your UX skills, and define products that will change global health systems for the better. You will help shape product vision and translate it for execution by the software engineering team — with the overarching goal of improving the clinical research process for patients, study sites and sponsors. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and client-facing teams to guide products from conception to launch. It will be your responsibility to bridge the gap between the technology and client needs. Plus, you’ll create product requirements and timelines in order to deliver seamless product launches and iterative improvements.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re passionate about working with a small, talented team to create impactful software that clients and users love. You’re a highly skilled Product Manager with 4+ years of experience, and you live and breathe UX principles in your work. Or, perhaps you started your product career in UX. You’ve worked extensively with Figma and know how to wireframe. It’s a plus if you’ve worked at a software company, and previous entrepreneurial/start-up experience is preferred. Proficiency with an agile approach to product development is required. Deep expertise in creating use cases, er-diagrams, data-flow diagrams, mock-ups, and other requirements is a must. It’s great if you have familiarity with technical concepts and functional knowledge of SQL. Strong preference for NYC-based talent.
