A nationally celebrated retailer is elevating its digital shopping experience and needs a super-savvy Director of Product Management, Personalization and Customer Strategy to guide the way. This position will oversee Personalization, which is one of the top three major themes of digital in 2022 for this brand. In this role, you will own all Personalization, Monetization, Loyalty and Credit, as well as SEO. This role is pivotal in helping to develop systems that enhance customer-centric learning and democratize data throughout this entire enterprise. In short, it’s a big job with lots of opportunity, so you need to have great technical expertise and very strong relationship skills to succeed. Pro tip: The same customer-centric orientation that makes fantastic product managers needs to be on display with stakeholder empathy in this role.

You have a strong product sense and impeccable execution. B2C experience is a must. You’re a natural-born leader, and you have a successful track record of leading teams to success. Note: In this role, you will lead a team of 10 that will grow to around 16 by the end of 2022.
Perhaps you’ve worked in adjacent industries, such as the hospitality and services sector. You’re adept at working within large, complex organizations. Working very closely with a marketing team comes naturally to you, and you’re energized by this partnership (previous experience working closely with marketing is a plus).
