About The Role
Workday Mobile is used by millions of people around the world. We are looking for a leader who wants to make their experience as delightful and engaging as possible, while increasing adoption of the apps. You will be a perfect fit if you are passionate about helping us create an excellent user experience, taking on new challenges, and innovating new features.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years experience leading and managing engineering teams
- 5+ years experience as a developer would be advantageous
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related engineering disciple desired
Other Qualifications
- You have a proven ability to recruit, build, motivate and inspire a world-class team of developers
- You have a growth mindset, are a constant learner and thrive in a learning culture
- You have experience in mobile products, with a good current knowledge of the development and tooling ecosystem
- You have a good knowledge of OO, design patterns, and modern frameworks, tooling, and libraries (ideally in the mobile domain)
- You will ensure on-time and high quality delivery of projects
- You will find creative solutions to workaround constraints and limitations
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: CAN.BC.Victoria
Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $122,400 - $183,600 CAD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $264,000 USD
