Riverwalk Village is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Essential Functions:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey LPN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Flu vaccination required.
Salary:
- From $30.00 per hour
- Schedule: 3pm-11 pm, two days a week or three days a week on rotating weekends
