IAM Nomads is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success and growth of IAM Nomads. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support IAM Nomads' growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including long-term financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and assess ROI for potential projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional financial planning and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
