The OneDrive and SharePoint (ODSP) team provides the core storage infrastructure and services to enable in-the-user-flow experiences within our marquee applications like Teams, Outlook, and OneNote, powering the next wave of real-time collaborative applications like Loop and is foundational to Microsoft’s AI strategy with Microsoft Syntex.
ODSP is bringing multiple new products to market, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will optimize our product development and go-to-market processes, so that as a team we can predictably deliver products to market quickly.
Responsibilities
- Understand new product strategies and be the coordination point across Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Business planning on go-to-market and launch related activities.
- Coordinate across product teams to gather and publish product roadmaps for broad consumption.
- Operationalize processes to generate clarity and awareness of the team’s inbound and outbound dependencies.
- Ensure timely and quality communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Thinking big with a focus on continuous process improvement to help meet business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working on end-to-end product development from initial concept to final product launch across Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business planning and customers.
- 4+ years experience working with cloud technologies.

- Focused on the customer and process - always learning, and refining to deliver maximum business impact.
Compensation
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
