Job Description: Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in high exposure, catastrophic, personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions.
- Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters.
- Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties.
- Developing client relationships through oral and written communication.
- Preparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- Requires a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school.
- Licensed and in good standing in California.
- Self-motivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline.
- Experience in a billable work environment.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
