Job Description
The SaaS Upgrade program enables Dynatrace customers to fully leverage the value of the Dynatrace platform SaaS innovations by helping customers transition from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS. We achieve this by providing Managed customers with documentation, established process and best practices, tools, support, and professional service offerings to make their transition to Dynatrace SaaS to be as frictionless and secure as possible.
We’re looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are prepared to push to the next level as Senior Product Manager, Go-To-Market for our SaaS Upgrade Initiative. This is a challenging, impactful, and highly visible role where you can deliver significant value for Dynatrace customers, working closely across functions and solutions.
Your role in the team:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy in helping our Managed customers transition to SaaS in a frictionless and secure way, working across pre/post sales, services, growth, marketing, and product management.
- Co-define go-to-market plans and KPIs. Work cross-functionally to help drive deliverables and results that meet KPIs around customer awareness and adoption for SaaS.
- Work cross-functionally to develop internal and customer-facing assets, documentation, and tools and to assist in customers making the transition.
- Spar with product marketing to develop messaging and positioning on the benefits of SaaS, highlighting the Dynatrace SaaS platform and innovation.
- Create and deliver training materials to Dynatrace pre/post sales, services, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and leverage programs to help create awareness, preference, and adoption for SaaS platform.
- Engage with and gather requirements from Dynatrace Managed customers. Identify drivers and barriers to SaaS adoption to enhance the customer journey and provide a frictionless experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of experience in product management with focus Go-To-Market or in product marketing.
- 2+ years of domain experience in Cloud, SaaS or Observability space.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B environments.
Preferred Requirements
- You have led go-to-market strategies and teams, for a software product, ideally in a large tech enterprise.
- You are familiar with the enterprise sales process and sales operations.
- You have experience in market research, benchmarks, and positioning.
- You translated technical solutions into value focused messages – simple, clear and with a wow factor to fascinate and thrill potential customers.
- You excel in cross-functional and cross-team interactions and are able to drive cross-functional activities to achieve concrete results.
- You have experience in setting appropriate success metrics and goals, driving initiatives, and collaborating across a broad set of stakeholders.

This role can Flex work from our Waltham, MA or Detroit, MI locations.
Additional Information
- DOE, annual salary $130K - $145K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
