Job Summary
Responsible for providing Market Retail leadership and direction in all aspects of Campaign Management activities that support the sales force post-sales. Forecasts, tracks, and reports the performance of overall delivery and workforce. Monitors advertising sales metrics and reports and addresses operational issues. Oversees the development of operational policies and procedures. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions driving consistency in workflow. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Manages multiple teams of managers and directors.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Oversees designated areas of Campaign Management supporting the Market Retail teams.
- Responsible to drive consistency across workflows and processes driving efficiencies.
- Strong advertising digital and audience delivery experience.
- Partner closely with other operational teams specifically ad operations, customer care and portfolio operations to ensure alignment of customer and business needs.
- Partner with Comcast India operations and automation teams.
- Works closely with sales team to oversee schedules for major initiatives and advertising campaign introductions.
- Oversees advertising sales metrics and analyses and addresses issues with appropriate personnel.
- Develops operational policies and procedures and ensures they are adhered to.
- Ensures the terms of all contracts are met and are to Company standards.
- Develops and implements business strategies and aligns them with organizational objectives.
- Interprets strategies and integrates them into plans and initiatives.
- Manages, mentors and develops a team of Campaign Management professionals.
- Research new operational opportunities with process and systems.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
Relevant Work Experience: 10 Years.
Salary
National Pay Range: $106,020.01 USD - $248,484.40 USD. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
