What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for launching and leading go-to-market and product initiatives for our B2B products, focusing on growth of the Affiliate vertical. Collaborating closely with Product Management, you will serve as the go-to-market lead and the voice of the partner, providing essential feedback loops that will influence the product strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will own and/or contribute to the B2B team’s OKRs relating to acquisition, adoption, growth, engagement, and retention.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Affiliates, You Will
- Develop effective positioning, messaging & campaigns to drive demand and adoption of Viator’s Affiliate solutions.
- Lead the launch of GTM campaigns for new products and features, including developing content/collateral, defining messaging/positioning, channel plans, and retention strategies.
- Ensure the success of business development, sales, onboarding, partner success, and support by equipping them with knowledge, messaging, processes, and collateral for attracting new partners and for growing product adoption after sales.
- Create content including email campaigns that help drive user activation and engagement.
- Partner with a high-performing Product Management team to distill complex, technical product features into crisp value propositions for Viator’s partner segments.
- Conduct ongoing market, competitive & customer research to identify opportunities & areas of growth, to create a highly differentiated product offering.
- Leverage data & product analytics to understand and improve product engagement, usage & adoption metrics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product, product marketing and/or marketing.
- At least 3 years in B2B product marketing with technical products, including some experience in the affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce distribution landscape.
- Proven success translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions and marketing messaging.
- Demonstrated capacity to craft & execute strategic programs that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Track record of translating customer needs into product ideas that result in innovative product solutions that are adopted by target audiences.
- Strongly preferred: basic SQL.
