Our client, a highly reputable Private Equity firm, is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to support their team of growing admins. This is a hybrid opportunity with tremendous growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Program Design
- Work with the HR Business Partner, serving as a subject matter expert (SME), to co-create core elements of the Admin program.
- Hiring
- Partner with HRBP to develop and execute differentiated sourcing and hiring strategy.
- Staffing
- Resource deployment / Own staffing needs to cover absence (extended vacation / leave) – essentially manage floater resource.
- Workforce planning
- Performance / Development
- Maintain line to professionals to understand AP performance and provide coaching/support/development year-round.
- Work with HR business partner to create and deploy programmatic learning (e.g., in-person, relevant technology training).
- Own year-end performance and comp process to ensure equity.
- Functional Representative
- Work with IT and finance to define business requirements as we implement new systems (intranet, concur) and processes.
- Representative for related items (e.g., cascading Ops team updates to Admin team) and to be the recipient of issues/concerns related to the Admin population.
- Change Management
- Provide change management related to new processes and systems.
- Communication
- Advise about new joiners out to the firm.
- Listen empathetically and bring people along through change.
- Inspirational Leader
- Be viewed as a credible leader that can garner followership.
- Design and lead team building activities, building comradery and community amongst admin population.
