Business Development Manager - New Jersey USA
Our Client is an international software consultancy looking to recruit a New Business Development Manager with at least 7 – 10 years of expertise in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Sell software solutions in the Product Software Engineering Services Space (Analytics, Cloud, Web applications, Mobility, E R&D).
- Prior experience in selling to Software Product companies (ISVs and platforms) and ERnD (Storage, Networking, Automotive, and Consumer Electronics).
- Expertise in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing.
- Coordinate sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CTOs and VP-Engineering.
- Understanding of the UK & Europe market, ideally with the ability to bring Clients.
- Strong track record in acquiring a new customer base with strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with executive management and articulating strategy, solutions, and services.
- Analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues.
- Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models.
Requirements:
- A degree with at least the last 4-5 years selling software solutions in the Product Engineering space.
- Willingness to travel across the US to meet Clients.
The salary for this role is $120K - $160K + bonus structure of up to $60K – negotiable for candidates with a very strong background.
