The specific focus of this job and the background we need you to have is all of:
- Manager / Senior Leader of sales professionals (SDRs, Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Sales Director)
- Several years of success in B2B nutritional supplements sales to health practitioners, NDs/MDs and relevant resellers / partners / retailers in the USA (globally is a bonus however USA is mandatory). Experience of this customer market and relationships is mandatory
- Sales strategy, tactics and planning
- Able to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals
- Hiring and performance management of sales staff
- Proven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business development
- Budget management, P&L, data analysis
- Professional, knowledgeable and well presented
- Able to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction
- Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management
