An exceptional practice in the heart of the South is looking for a general neurosurgeon to join their flourishing group. One of the partners recently retired in December of 2023, so immediate volume is available. The practice is partner-driven, with a strong patient-first culture that fosters a very positive and supportive work environment for a neurosurgeon. This is a very well-managed and collegial practice, and they are excited to welcome someone who is a team player. Mentorship is available for a new grad, and experienced candidates are also welcomed.
The group employs two PAs and has a well-established practice manager. The hospital the practice admits to is an acute care Level III designated center with an abundance of technological resources.
Position Highlights:
- Abundant technological resources; O-Arm, C-Arm, MRI unit
- Block OR Time
- 155 to 200 cases first year
- Call will be 1:3
- Clinic is staffed with a highly competent team. 2 PAs on staff, will look into hiring another or a Certified first assist NP
- Competitive base salary plus RVU bonus, call stipend after 6 days call per month are taken
