About Aquavoss: Aquavoss is a premium cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna brand serving consumers, health clubs, professional sports teams, hotels, and spa centers. The cold plunge industry has exploded in growth over the last 2 years due to the immense health benefits that can be experienced through contrast therapy. The company is hiring to continue its rapid growth in the industry.
About the role: As a member of the sales partnerships team at Aquavoss, you will play a crucial role in developing partnerships and collaborations with other companies and individuals across the US in an effort to increase the company's sales volume. You will collaborate with the founders to develop effective strategies to increase company sales:
- Developing outbound sales campaigns to dealerships
- Attend national conferences to build awareness in the B2B community
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build partnership programs with influencers
- Build relationships with B2B accounts – fitness centers, spas, hotels, etc.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the success of sales strategies
- Contributing creative ideas to help elevate Aquavoss’s sales initiatives.
Who you are: You are a motivated self-starter that is passionate about the health and wellness industry. You have had success in a B2B sales role in the past.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically to evaluate sales performance
- Goal-oriented individual – comfortable with sales targets
- Strong passion for wellness and fitness
- Interested in building genuine relationships with client contacts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
