Position: Director, Product Marketing
Job Description: The product marketing director will lead a team that will be responsible for developing the strategy for how we position and message product value propositions to the target personas. This candidate will drive, in collaboration with the product management team, the go-to-market plans, successful product launches, messaging documents, competitive positioning, and product and solution content that helps fuel the demand and awareness for our System Design Group. This person will partner closely with the digital marketing and campaign teams to activate the strategy across content, digital and brand marketing.
The Responsibilities Of The Product Marketing Director Will Include
- Build and execute, through your team, a marketing strategy to help drive demand, awareness and perception of our product and solutions in the market.
- Build detailed personas and gain a deep understanding of the markets we serve to help drive marketing programs.
- Develop differentiated, value-based product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target buyer persona using customer research and competitive insights.
- Lead a range of content creation including web, e-marketing, presentations, industry articles, press releases and more.
- Develop competitor comparison matrix, using this intelligence to inform marketing tactics.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including sales, product management, digital marketing and campaign, PR and brand teams to create and support go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous people management experience in product marketing role.
- Experience in the EDA and semiconductor industry highly preferred.
- Understanding of chip technology and market requirements at the silicon and system level.
- The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, customer focused communications.
- Data driven, measured and results focused.
- Experience in developing product marketing plans, positioning and messaging.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- B.S degree in business, marketing or electrical/computer engineering desired.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $155,000.00-$270,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
