Vice President, Loyalty, Carnival Corporation (Miami, FL)
Lead overall development of brand loyalty program, building overall relationship, strategic vision plan, and team that will deliver and implement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field followed by 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related program strategy and program development role such as a Director, Manager, or a similar position. In the alternative, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or a related program strategy and program development role such as a Director, Manager, or a similar position.
Must have 5 years of experience in:
- P&L, managing revenue and/or exposed to a variety of industries.
- Launching or building loyalty programs and IT programs from the ground up.
- Business development roles in high paced environments like management consulting, private equity or start-ups.
- Project management tools such as Microsoft Project and reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI as well as SQL/Oracle database management systems.
- Handling and managing IT and Partner systems and setup for Loyalty/other program specific pieces.
- Handling ASC standards for Loyalty accounting.
- Cobrand program negotiation experience and P&L management with banks and networks.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Up to 50% domestic/international travel required. Hybrid remote/in-office work schedule available.
