Responsibilities
Mentra is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2B tech startups, preferably with experience in enterprise product development. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, sales, and customer success teams to build a product that drives value to enterprises and meets the evolving needs of our customers.
- Define product strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop, launch, and iterate on new product features
- Create and maintain product requirements documents and user stories to guide engineering efforts
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements
- Establish strong relationships with key customers to better understand their needs and gather valuable feedback
- Work closely with the executive team to communicate product updates, performance, and strategic direction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment
- Demonstrated experience building products for enterprise customers
- Proven ability to take enterprise products from 0 to 1, ideally with experience working on B2B2C products
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs to measure product success
- Passion for creating inclusive products and a deep understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals
- Proven experience in driving product-led growth to convert self-service clients to full contracts
- Ability to interact fluently with key enterprise customers involving multi-stakeholder deals alongside our sales leader
- Demonstrated success in defining MVPs, working with design partners across the full spectrum of product management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Productboard
- Knowledge of the neurodiversity employment landscape and relevant regulations
