Position Summary
We are in search of a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a proven track record in BPO service sales and a profound understanding of operational intricacies within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a seasoned background in closing sales, fostering long-term relationships with large-scale clients across the Americas, and executing consultative sales strategies. It is a must that the successful candidate has proven success in the enterprise sector.
The CSO will be expected to possess the ability to identify and transition our potential client needs into successful commercial strategies, ideally coming from a hands-on operational background within the BPO sector or having led service delivery teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- This role demands deep knowledge in working with large companies requiring the provision of BPO services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese where decision-makers are based in the USA.
- Oversee the acquisition of new clients and business opportunities while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
- A strategic mindset capable of building and leading a team focused on consultative sales or Service Design is crucial, with a special focus on understanding our potential clients' needs and transforming them into profitable BPO services for our company.
- Continuously assess and optimize pricing strategies, product/service offerings, and sales streams to maximize profitability and competitive advantage.
- Implement effective sales enablement programs, training initiatives, and performance metrics to empower sales teams and drive productivity, efficiency, and sales results.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and financial models to track performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and customer success, to support sales initiatives and ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Gather customer insights, feedback, and market intelligence to inform product/service development, enhance customer value propositions, and drive competitive differentiation.

- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and financial analysis software.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements impacting the BPO sector.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the BPO industry or related sectors.
