Responsibilities:
- Carry out all business development activities within the scope of retail P&C Business (Motor and Non-Motor)
- Define/Formulate business development actions in line with business strategy; planning and execution of defined roadmaps
- Continuous monitoring of market dynamics, customers/partners expectations
- Conducting negotiations with potential partners
- Conducting feasibility studies and creating business plans for the potential financial impact of business opportunities
- Coordinating and carrying out E2E business development cycle with all parties, including product, portfolio management, and operation teams
- Following the business processes and preparing the necessary documentation during the product development phase
- Managing and enhancing relationships with existing partners
- Taking an active role in Allianz global projects and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree from Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Insurance/Banking or related departments
- Minimum of 8-10 years of knowledge and experience in the insurance business or different sectors
- Experience in product/business development, partner management (preferably in insurance business)
- Professional competence in the use of written and spoken English
- Analytical thinker, possessing effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented, and open-minded, working within a true agile setup
- MS Office programs at an advanced level
