Target Range:
$75,000.00 /Yr. - $100,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
As the Sr. Business Analyst, you will lead and drive business analysis efforts to deliver strategic solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing the implementation of projects across the commercial lending departments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in process mapping and data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
