Job Summary
Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee business operations across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance. Reporting to the President, this role is crucial in managing resources, driving results, and leading high-performing teams in delivering the exceptional Wolfgang Puck experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional operations with a focus on maximizing efficiency and meeting key performance goals in areas such as client satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance.
- Drive strategy and execution by developing and communicating the organization’s mission and ensuring alignment at all levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, identifying needs and providing solutions that enhance account retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize staffing levels, skill sets, and team motivation, ensuring that each region operates smoothly and effectively.
- Lead and coach regional leadership teams, providing guidance and support to achieve corporate and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards while implementing systems that improve productivity and service quality.
- Engage in business development by participating in the sales process, from client negotiations to contract approval, and fostering new business growth.
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of progressive food service management experience, with 5+ years in multi-unit operations.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on developing, recruiting, and retaining top talent.
- Expertise in financial management, client relations, and operational strategy across decentralized locations.
- Experience in managing compliance with state and local alcohol laws, safety regulations, and human resources policies.
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
