Job Summary
The Senior Manager of the PBM Operations Polaris BPO Team will be responsible for leading a team of multiple individuals responsible for driving and delivering value-based projects that support the Polaris tool. In addition, collaborating with key business and technology partners across the enterprise to identify and implement end user tool improvements that enable company growth, reduced operating costs, and improved customer satisfaction. This role will function in direct alignment with key strategies to deliver affordable, predictable, and simple solutions to both our external and internal customers.
The Senior Manager supports team members that serve as the interface to the Technical Product Owners (TPO) for business applications, product or client requests to:
- Contribute to business requirements for new and existing systems from ideation through production and project oversight
- Contribute to business requirements for new and existing products from ideation through production and project oversight
- Apply corporate methodologies and tools (i.e. AGILE, JIRA, etc.) to technology dependent projects
- Establish, manage and lead development plans for team members. Understand skill gaps or development needs. Leverage best practices to incorporate into team development.

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to collaborate, facilitate, and resolve issues and be able to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements.

- Must have a strong customer service focus and be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize work for self and others and make independent decisions.
- Demonstrate ability to learn and apply new technical tools and techniques to support business applications, products, or client requests.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- High School Diploma is required
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred
- PBM or Pharmacy industry experience preferred
- Ability to perform data analysis and summarize findings; ability to use data to support proposal of potential solutions preferred
- Strong project management and organization skills preferred
- Strong focus on customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred
- Ability to develop and deliver leadership updates required
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines required
- Excellent PC skills within a Microsoft Office environment required
