Xbox Gaming AI is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Gaming AI to help accelerate AI-powered experiences across Gaming. You will lead Gaming AI Shiproom partnering closely with product teams across Gaming as well as functional experts across CELA and marketing. You will drive shared capacity planning and management across Gaming AI in close collaboration with Azure AI. You will help identify key friction points for teams building AI features and help build a point of view on platform and tooling investments we need to make. You’ll collaborate with teams across Xbox to bring AI-powered features and experiences to market.
The ideal candidate has solid experience working with AI technology and products. They have a proven record of product management within technical teams and have hands-on experience working with AI. They are highly collaborative and have a demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed organizations, working effectively with a broad range of teams. Responsibilities
- Own and drive Gaming AI Shiproom to accelerate and unblock GenAI-powered product development across Gaming.
- Manage shared capacity pool and Azure AI dependencies for Gaming AI workloads, serving as the liaison across Gaming and Azure AI.
- Bring together product teams, marketing, PR and CELA partners to build cohesive launch plans for GenAI features.
- Collect early signal on platform and tooling gaps and requirements to inform our AI infra strategy and investments.
- Drive product and platform collaborations across Gaming AI and the rest of the Xbox organization.
- Stay up to date on advancements in AI platform and tooling across the company, to unblock teams building with AI and accelerate our infra investments.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping features in at-scale products or services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and/or productizing ML-powered features.
- Demonstrated cross-functional and cross-group collaboration with ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, across organizational levels.
- Ability to handle high ambiguity, solid problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of execution/delivery.
- Solid communication and presentation skills (e.g., strategy and requirement docs; presenting to leadership, partners, and customers).
- Experience working on games or gaming experiences is a plus.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
