We are looking for a Head of Talent Engagement for LAC, reporting into the Global Head of Talent Engagement. This role is a people manager position that sits within our extended global Talent Engagement leadership team, and takes full accountability of TE planning & strategy, employer brand and recruitment delivery across our LAC market. The role has key partners within the LAC Executive Team, as well as senior leaders across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the Talent Engagement function to align with business initiatives, ensuring timely and strategic hires that enhance the company's organizational culture.
- Infuse inclusion and diversity (I&D) principles into Talent Engagement practices, driving tangible outcomes and visibility.
- Establish a metric driven approach, using data for informed decision-making and proactive measures.
- Build strong partnerships, delivering Talent Engagement insights to business leaders and developing strategies addressing evolving business needs.
- Lead and develop the LAC Talent Engagement team, fostering continuous growth and success.
Knowledge Base and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Talent Engagement leadership roles, demonstrating comprehensive understanding.
- Proven track record as a business-focused leader, using recruitment to drive growth.
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership with expertise in formulating and implementing effective Talent strategies.
- Proficient in Talent Engagement systems, applications, and analytics within a dynamic Consumer Products Goods (CPG) or similar industry.

Location: Miami, Mexico City or Sao Paulo with an expectation of being in the office for 3 or more days per week
