Job Summary:
As the Digital Acquisitions Director at the Star Tribune, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital subscriber base. You will lead our onsite growth strategy, focusing on increasing digital subscriptions. Working collaboratively across departments, you will optimize our marketing funnel and develop strategies to drive known users and subscribers. Your responsibilities will include managing a testing pipeline to drive continuous improvement and executing strategic initiatives to build a sustainable subscriber base.
You Will:
- Own the onsite growth strategy at the Star Tribune
- Grow known users, specifically registrations and digital subscriptions
- Optimize and grow the marketing funnel, working across departments to develop known user products and values
- Create testing pipeline, owning the process from ideation to execution and optimizations
- Collaborate with team leaders to make strategic recommendations to build a sustainable subscriber base
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience running acquisition campaigns for digital subscription products
- Proven track record of growing subscriber bases and increasing sales
- Data-centric digital marketer with an understanding of LTV and subscriber revenue metrics
- Cross-functional leader that is a strong collaborator and communicator
