CarePartners Management Group (CPMG), a Western Washington based Senior Care owner/operator with 28 Communities in WA and AZ, is currently undertaking additional expansion in the Greater Puget Sound region through acquisitions and new construction. This expansion covers FROM Snohomish to Pierce County.
We are looking to add to our impressive team of Executive Directors by finding like-minded and qualified individuals to join us during these exciting times.
Our growth trajectory is enabling us to expand opportunities for advancement internally and we expect this to continue in the future as we address and absorb growth and senior management succession.
We welcome talented, energetic, open-minded and ambitious candidates interested in our long-term opportunities for rewards and for advancement.
CPMG is organized and philosophically oriented to help our EDs be successful. After all, our success only happens at the Community level, not in the C suite or at the corporate office.
We do not have unnecessary layers of corporate management between the ED and the decision makers, and we pride ourselves on our response time, flexible problem-solving and decision-making, and the quality of support/action for our onsite leaders. With CPMG, support is what we do, not just say.
We believe in providing leaders with objectives, expectations, metrics, “how to’s” and directions and then getting out of their way. We don’t believe in formality and don’t value hierarchy over achievement. It is not just a cliché to say we operate as a team; we live that ideal.
We have several EDs or other leaders who have been with us for multiple years and have found growth opportunities within CPMG as desired and earned. We value high achievers and reward them accordingly.
An ideal candidate would have the following characteristics/experiences:
- Experience with new Senior Care Community openings, start-up, lease up, staff growth and development.
- Experience with acquisitions and integration.
- Deep and provable experience operating large IL/AL/MC Communities in WA.
- Deep and provable knowledge of WA regulations.
- Strong reputation in the greater Senior Care industry and region.
- Excellent communication skills – with the public, regulators, making presentations, selling ideas or solutions, problem solving, asking for help, leading/directing managers and employees, etc.
- Strong organization, analytical and project management skills.
- Cool under pressure, solid common sense, a leader with an outgoing personality.
We are looking for candidates with high integrity who possess the ability to balance performance objectives with excellent financial outcomes and quality of care/services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Washington team as we expand our greater Western WA Regions.
Excellent compensation with rewards for high achievement and long-term upward mobility.
If you have the qualifications, value this kind of opportunity and our kind of environment, please email your resume for consideration.
Resumes without Assisted Living/Memory Care/Skilled nursing experience will not be considered.
