Director of Salon Operations
We are actively seeking a passionate, warm, and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people and "soft" skills. The ideal person exudes confidence and is level-headed while being able to multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. PAINT Nail Bar is not a nail salon, although we do nails. We consider ourselves industry disrupters because we are reinventing the nail salon experience.
PAINT Nail Bar is looking for professionals who strive to provide excellent customer service, lead by example, and instill a positive culture. Other duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the owner with day-to-day operations, maintaining staff and client communications, organizing marketing events, and managing inventory. Professionalism and top-notch customer service skills are of paramount importance, so only the most “polished” (pun intended) applicants will be accepted.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage the salon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align operational activities with organizational goals.

- Previous salon or beauty industry experience NOT required.
