- This is a full-time position with some OT depending on the workload
- Traveling around to various locations to projects overseeing service & sales teams
- Pay range $90-125K plus - depending on experience (Base Salary + Incentive plan)

Job Title: HVAC General Manager
About the Role: A perfect position for an enthusiastic HVAC Manager with 5-7 years in Commercial HVAC Management experience looking for a growth opportunity or current General Manager overseeing Sales & Staff Development as part of a Service Team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of Development, operational delivery for various clients & service projects throughout Hot Springs and the surrounding area.
- Work with Service Supervisor for oversight of contract fulfillment (Projects, Service Maintenance, Client Services) for annual sales plans, annual budget and sales growth plan, P&L activity, gross profit, maintenance base, and net operating income.
- Assist managers with local Facility KPIs, hiring, coaching, training, and discipline of staff. Act as a liaison between management, facility employees, and clients.
- Meet growth, profit, maintenance base & customer retention goals.
Staff Development:
- Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other outside agents. Effectively represent the company’s interests to maximize profits.
- Demonstrate leadership by example, meeting quality service standards, communication, training, and individual accountability for staff.
- Maintain Risk Management/Loss Control procedures communicated and adhered to by staff.
- Establish plans to support annual goals through delegation and work monitoring.
- Coach/develop direct reports and promote their growth. Coordinate working relationships between Operations, Sales & HR to support recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, or relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
- 3-5 years in Management experience.
- Strong financial acumen: ability to understand income, Profit & Loss, and budgeting.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, push, climb, pull & lift weight up to 75lbs & move in small places & have a good driving record.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage leaders and staff, and oversee client connections.
- Establish a professional model of organizational culture, policy, and customer commitment.
