A Senior Program Manager of Advocacy contributes to AHF by organizing and communicating public health interests to AHF leadership to guide and inform decision making in a constantly moving health and governmental landscape. This person stays abreast of public health news to provide guidance and recommendation. This role utilizes data both internal and external to AHF to show the impact of AHF’s work and guide a path forward.
A Senior Program Manager of Advocacy enhances the reputation of AHF by representing AHF at local and state government meetings. Providing reports on new data releases from the CDC and other trusted resources, creating reports on AHF’s impact in our local jurisdictions, and communicating with other teams and departments across AHF to ensure public health interests are highlighted and data is accurate.

The Senior Program Manager of Advocacy will work as a part of a close-knit team to represent PHD & AHF in a way that is accurate and promote public health affairs.
