Job Summary:
The Department of Urology at Geisinger, a national leader in quality, innovation, research and education, is seeking a fellowship-trained uro-oncologist. Candidates must be eligible for certification by the American Board of Urology. Applicants must possess a strong commitment to high quality patient care, and resident and medical student education, and would have the opportunity to conduct clinical research.
Located across Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania, Geisinger’s Department of Urology consists of over 20 general and subspecialty fellowship trained urologists providing urologic care system-wide.

- Opportunity to be appointed to the faculty of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine
- Located at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, we have a well-established multidisciplinary GU Oncology program

Position Details:
A urologist manages benign and malignant medical and surgical disorders of the genitourinary system and the adrenal glands. This specialist has comprehensive knowledge of and skills in endoscopic, percutaneous and open surgery of congenital and acquired conditions of the urinary and reproductive systems and their contiguous structures.
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required)
Experience:
Certification(s) and License(s): Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
