Key job responsibilities:
In this role, you will own the evolution of an ecosystem of products that support employee engagement. You will set the vision and lead customer engagement to ensure we build inclusive experiences that delight on a technical solution that scales.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large scale consumer-facing products. You will be proficient in modern product management practices using design-led approaches powered by research. You will demonstrate business acumen and creativity in envisioning groundbreaking concepts by fostering an environment of experimentation and innovative thinking. You will lead the technical direction of our products to ensure we build for Amazon wide scale. You will be effective in building a network across partners and business leaders inside Amazon. You will demonstrate relentless customer obsession and work with peer groups in incrementally delivering on your exciting product vision.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to hire and grow talented programmatic and user-level personnel
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve coverage and effectiveness.
- Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
