Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC, with a clear & active license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Experience with health psychology.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Experience working with couples or family counseling
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts clinicians
- Provide clinical mentoring/supervision as needed
- Assist clinicians in meeting their productivity goals
- Assist in the evaluation of clinical staff
- Provide clinician staff and team-building consultation opportunities, including facilitating groups.
- Maintain a caseload of 20-22 total billable hours per week.
- Provide coverage for other Site Leads
