We’re looking for a Senior People Product Manager to join the People team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a digital partner, supporting Total Rewards by enhancing processes, driving key initiatives, building roadmaps with stakeholders, identifying new business problems and opportunities, while influencing and driving prioritization and decision-making.
- Operate at the nexus of business, strategy, and product delivery, enhancing user experiences, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other HR technology systems.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards and other Shared Services functions (e.g., People Tech, IT, Marketing, Finance) stakeholders to prioritize the Compensation, Equity, Benefits, Recognition backlog and roadmap.
- Drive critical implementations of key projects such as Benefits Platform, Total Rewards Dashboard, Leave of Absence by defining business requirements, leading focus groups, fostering consensus, and project-managing.
- Maintain and advise on Total Rewards knowledge base to support the build and scale for an HR Chatbot.
- Perform performance analysis, financial and risk management to ensure success of Total Rewards initiatives by evaluating pros and cons, risk and benefits for different solution options.
- Engage in product marketing endeavors to promote and communicate the features and benefits of Total Rewards initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / Kanban) for effective project management.
- Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, LucidCharts).
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, LucidCharts) to visualize product concepts.
- Skilled in utilizing data analysis tools (e.g., Datastudio) to derive insights for decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and influence skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively and execute both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 4+ years of experience working in and/or with Human Resources projects and stakeholders or equivalent Shared Services functions (e.g., IT, Marketing, Finance).
- 4+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, product operations, project management for technology initiatives, or business analysis for technology initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience working in Total Rewards projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects involving direct and indirect team members across various regions, time zones, and global cultures.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday or similar HRIS either transacting using Workday, writing technical requirements, configurations, integrations, and/or building enablement.
- Has Workday Certifications (e.g., Report Writer).
- Experience in vendor management processes (e.g. Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Purchase (RFP)).
- Experience in crafting and presenting compelling business cases for executive reviews.

Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
