Responsibilities:
- Manage various projects and collaborate with global R&D and production teams as directed by senior leadership.
- Gather requirements for work effort from project stakeholders, define project scope and roadmap goals with scheduled tasks.
- Communicate schedules, updates, status, major decisions, risks, and blockers.
- Coordinate, track, and manage the project activities to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and at acceptable quality.
- Help identify and resolve pain points, streamline workflow, and define the best practices within the organization.
- Be an ambassador, building and maintaining long-term relationships with various industrial partners.
- Deliver market and industrial research to support business decision making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2+ years working experience in video gaming production or related industry.
- 1+ years managing projects utilizing formal project management techniques and tools.
- Abilities and experience of working with global and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
- Working knowledge of project management tools with hands-on experience in setting up projects and reports, including Gantt charts and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs.
Pluses:
- Previous experience with video gaming product development, publishing, marketing, or operation.
- Established industrial connections with developers, publishers, console, and device manufacturers, service and solution providers.
- Writing and speaking ability in Mandarin.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $105,600 to $219,600 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
