Position Overview: The Operations Director will oversee our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all areas. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational management skills and the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the President, the VP of Business Development, and other teams to ensure that all RFPs are submitted on time and that they accurately represent the operational excellence for which Providers International is known.
- Partner with Operations Leadership to head all strategic and operational functions for multiple client sites throughout their designated territories.
- Provide support to Operations leaders as they lead and manage daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee key functions including supply chain management, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business plans that support growth and performance.
- Monitor operational performance metrics across the company, consistently report data, and provide actionable solutions to improve performance.
- Manage and mentor operations managers in a positive manner, building lasting relationships and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and company standards/policies.
- Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present data-driven operational reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing operational functions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of EQ and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

Pay Range: $110,000 to $140,000 DOE
