We are currently seeking a Senior Designer for an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Directors to design, layout, and production work on various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an agency, design firm, or corporate environment.
- Experience in graphic design with a supporting portfolio; more education or industry-specific knowledge may be required.
- Ability to design websites and conceptualize creative ideas with clients.
- Fluency in different content management systems; experience in WordPress and Webflow a plus.
- Experience working in Life Sciences and Healthcare a plus.
- Strong experience in press/pre-production, including working with printers and preparing print-ready files.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.
- Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.

General Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting/standing) 50% of the workday.
- Ability to move about the office to access file cabinets, equipment, etc.
