Comagine Health is a non-profit health care consulting firm whose mission seeks to improve health and to increase the effectiveness and quality of health care. As a recognized Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), we support providers, health plans, purchasers, and consumers, and offer services to state and federal agencies and others to help them better manage health care under the existing system and to assess, plan for and implement broader system transformation. We collaborate with academic, government, and nonprofit partners on initiatives funded by NIH, CDC, AHRQ, BJA, SAMHSA, and others. In short, we are changing healthcare at a fundamental level.
Purpose
Comagine Health is looking to hire a full-time Product Owner, CRM. This is a fully remote position within the United States. Our client base is situated within the Pacific and Mountain time zones, so core hours within these time zones would be expected.
- To be the credible voice of the business, voice of the customer, change owner, and strategic stakeholder, owner, and facilitator for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product development and operations.
- To steer CRM product development and operations through focus on customer value, and to be the respected and valued servant leader of the CRM’s business customers.
- A successful Product Owner will ensure happy, engaged, and informed stakeholders (a Scrum informed and directed by business value), positive improvement in business practice and business change around customer engagement, and the delivery of customer and business benefits through well-used working software.
- Collaborates with the Product Manager to ensure alignment of enterprise projects, technology, and data strategy.
Years of experience and background
- 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics365 (any combination of D365 Engineering, D365 Enterprise Implementation or D365 administration), including product management and developing a technical product roadmap for D365.
- Experience integrating multiple CRMs, or migrating data from one organization to another (preferred).
- Advanced ability to successfully lead multi-functional teams around procedural, technological, and people impacts of D365 CRM implementation and customer engagement.
- Expert ability with CRM data management, analytics and reporting.
- Advanced ability to manage in Agile Scrum, or Scrum related agile methodologies.
- Technical and business leader with an excellent understanding and experience of Dynamics365 CRM capabilities and their impact on the business.
- Advanced Ability to lead and manage diverse stakeholders across the organization and bringing people together around product development and change management.
- Excellent ability to apply segmentation techniques and analysis to all aspects of the business.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills (listening, influencing and persuasiveness), capable of dealing effectively with all levels of staff and driving key decisions through existing governance structures when appropriate.
- The ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines within all areas of the business.
- Advanced ability in change management including staffing, cultural, financial, transactional, IT and overall performance implications.
- Expert report writer, bringing clarity, persuasiveness, accuracy, and “90% right first time” to their ways of working.
- Development of stakeholder-agreed prioritization criteria for development, and the collaborative application of these to the Product Backlog.
- Creation, in close collaboration with the Product Manager, of financial forecasts for the D365 CRM Product and for the business and change projects running alongside this.
- Performance management of the D365 CRM product.
- Management of stakeholders, especially including agreement of product backlog, definition of minimum viable products, and agreement of changes within this during the project.
- Managing strategic stakeholders through the changes in business practice, structure and governance needed for better customer engagement and use of D365 CRM.
- Writing user stories and attending Backlog Grooming sessions to work with the Scrum Master on the appropriate translation of business user stories into technical requirements.
- Release planning (in close collaboration with the Scrum Master), and communication of release plans to appropriate business stakeholders.
- Attending Scrum Ceremonies, and being seen as a respectful and willing servant leader of the development team alongside the Scrum Master.
- Ownership of the quality of the product for end-users, and of quality / UA testing with users.
- Ownership of customer testing, design testing, and UI / UX processes to ensure that the customer view is always front and center, especially with regards to the production of new communications, templates, and customer journeys.
- Ownership of persona-based customer journey analysis, and basing development and D365 CRM functional prioritization on improving persona outcomes at journey points.
- As a member of the Data Governance Committee, you are expected to be an ambassador for data governance as a whole. This means working collaboratively across the multi-functional team and continuously improving our ways of working. You may be asked to support other projects to help manage demand peaks and everyone on the team will be involved with supporting staff engagement.

Kansas City, Missouri: $100,000 - $127,000
