The Senior Financial Analytics Professional collates, models, interprets, and analyzes clinical data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends. Enhances modeling techniques and explains variances and trends.
This role may require a financial or analytical background and involves working with clinical data and medical trending to impact strategic outcomes. Decisions are made on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of technical experience
- Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
- SAS/SQL knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and charts
- Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work against deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Budgeting, accounting, or finance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,800 - $108,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
