Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies, we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Oversee the Branch Operations and administrative staff
- Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships
- Develop comprehensive Care Plans for new Clients
- Manage the ongoing growth and development of the Branch

- Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills
- A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
- Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
