Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing product development cycles from ideation through to rollout and support. This role involves gathering business requirements, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage suite of products and development cycles: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through rollout and support.
- Gather business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment: Manage and maintain alignment with all key stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Assist in drafting technical requirements: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear and precise technical documentation.
- Manage build timelines: Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Plan and execute product testing: Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure product quality.
- Plan and oversee product rollout: Coordinate and manage the successful rollout of products to the market.
- Provide post-rollout support and maintenance tracking: Monitor and support products after launch, ensuring ongoing quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of development cycles.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Other: Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing agile and scrum processes.
- Strong skills in internal communication, including coordinating and drafting content for a variety of audiences.
- Experience in vendor management, particularly with vendors impacting product design and development.
- Ability to organize and share data and analytics best practices internally and across a portfolio of companies.
