We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to join our Tech organization. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the transition from our current Oracle EBS to a cutting-edge cloud-based ERP solution. Your leadership will ensure that our ERP system not only meets current industry standards but also sets new benchmarks for operational excellence. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- ERP System Transformation: Lead the ERP transformation program, overseeing the transition to a cloud-based ERP system. Ensure alignment across all phases of the project from planning to execution.
- Finance Module Product Ownership: Take full ownership of specific Finance Module & Data product roadmaps, starting with GL & finance master data management with potential to expand to Fixed Assets, to deliver solutions that enhance business functionality.
- Program Leadership: Manage the program's lifecycle, including work breakdown, scheduling, risk management, budgeting (resources & expenses), and communications. Define objectives, scope, and structure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster robust collaboration among Tech, Finance, and operational teams to ensure seamless system integration. Lead cross-functional meetings to facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementation and integration. Develop strategies to address potential service disruptions, data integrity issues, and execution delays.
- Performance Tracking: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the ERP transformation on our operations. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the new system in improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Change Management: Champion change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of the new ERP system across the organization. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required. An advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, including 2+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale transformation projects is required.
- Demonstrated ability managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, ideally including both Oracle EBS and cloud solutions like SAP or Oracle Cloud is required.
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Ability to travel 1-50% based on business need.
