The Senior Media Buyer, Paid Social leads the activation, analysis and optimization of all paid social media efforts. You’ll be responsible for delivering ROI and business growth through the innovative application of paid social strategies, while maintaining a high degree of excellence and flawless execution.
Please note that this role requires working Eastern and Central Time hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across all media platforms.
- Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.
- Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
- Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.
- Handle day-to-day email comms and statuses with external partners and client.
- Development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.
- Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.
- Stay organized and on top of multiple campaigns, while managing unexpected shifts in direction due to client or agency needs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years in a paid social marketing role with trading experience.
- Proficiency with Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok or other social media platforms & social commerce.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus).
- Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
- BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.

Salary Range: $65,000—$80,000 USD
